Arizona Rocks Trip, part 3

We went to Arizona. We saw rocks. This is the pictorial story, part 3.

The Grand Canyon

You'd think the Grand Canyon would be the star of any trip, but we just came from Antelope Canyon. Grand Canyon is still very Grand. Here are my best pictures of it.

First stop on the way - We shared the overlook with this turquoise lizard.

This is just the warmup canyon on the way to the Grand Canyon. Thanks to the Navajo for sharing this with us.

Thanks again for the advice! We took it.

Eleni is happy

Overviews of the Bright Angel Trail. We walked down 3 miles, 2k feet vertical to the second rest stop. Down was a lot easier than up.

Eleni has a bad idea

Eleni acts on her bad idea. You can't see the gap in the shade, but it goes to the bottom of the canyon.
